President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has talked about his health condition ahead of the May 29 inauguration.
Tinubu who had been rumouured to be nursing undisclosed health challenges spoke on Friday, May 26, 2023, after President Muhammadu Buhari had taken him on a familiarisation tour around the Aso Rock.
The two leaders were followed by a large entourage of state officials and security personnel, were guided on the tour by the State Chief of Protocols (SCoP), Ambassador Lawal Kazaure.
Tinubu, speaking after the tour in a video shared Tolu Ogunlesi, the special assistant to the president on digital and new media, prayed God grants him good health to face the challenges ahead.
“Help me God, to carry the burden, to face the challenges, and keep me in good health, to be able to fulfill the dreams and aspirations of millions of our people,” he said.
