Blessing Okoro has lost her case against the late Bimbo’s sister.

The Federal High Court Ikoyi Lagos has dismissed the Fundamental Rights Suit which was initiated by the Social Media Influencer Blessing Okoro.
Now, recall that Okoro, who is popularly known as Blessing CEO, had gone to the court to issue a Fundamental Rights Action against Bimbo’s sister.
According to her, she claimed that her arrest was a violation of her fundamental human rights. The Social Media Influencer had also claimed that her arrest was against the law as regards to the protection of her rights.
She had further also told the court to grant her a restraining order from the police for tampering with her freedom. However, the justice presiding on the case expressed that she had no evidence against the late Bimbo Ogbonna’s sister.
But a certified true copy of the enrollment order signed by Mrs. Omogbayi showed that Justice Lewis Allagoa declined all her pleas.

The judge held that it was evident that, the police acted on the premises of a criminal complaint lodged against her.
The judge added that the police acted within an established law to invite, cause to arrest and detain Blessing Okoro.
The judge added that there was no evidence that the petition was written in bad faith or that it was fabricated.
