Gbajabiamila Named Chief of Staff By Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has reportedly appointed the outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, as his Chief of Staff.

According to The Leadership, he was introduced as the brand new chief of staff at the ongoing meeting between the President and the nation’s security chiefs currently holding at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Thursday morning, June 1, 2023.

Another news media made stated that Gbajabiamila’s Chief of Staff, Olanrewaju Smart Wasiu, on his official Facebook page on Thursday morning, confirmed the development.

The statement read, “After extensive deliberations and consultations, President Bola Tinubu has made his first appointment, selecting the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, as the President’s Chief of Staff.”

However, Wasiu has denied issuing the statement saying; ‘Fake news is a monster 👹 that must be curbed. Kindly ignore any fake news quoting this account for posting about any political appointment. Nothing of such was ever posted here.”
