Mrs and Mrs Sheeran-alike, Ty Jones, 29, (now Baron-Jones) and Amanda Baron (Baron-Jones), 40, walked down the aisle before sharing the best day of their lives.
Guests at the celebrity (lookalike) wedding of the year were also given a surprise when it turned out Ty wasn’t the only doppelganger in the room
David Beckham, Prince Harry, Jack Sparrow, Gordon Ramsay, and Keith Lemon were all included on the guestlist for the Sheeran’s to be.
Amanda, a mental health worker, used to joke she would marry the Shape of You star — and after dating his doppelgänger for two years they shared their nuptials.
The mum-of-five was introduced to Ty through friends who met him at a Sheeran gig, and just over a year later he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife.
Amanda, from Carrington, Greater Manchester already thought all of her dreams had come true after having a daughter, Cherry, a nod to Ed’s wife Cherry Seaborn – and added the middle names Leigh and Sheeran, two years ago.
But they have now gone one better, and she said her wedding day was the most special day ever.
The newlyweds are now heading to Romania to have bit of downtime after the busy day.
Amanda said, ‘It was the best day of my life, better than any gig I’ve ever been too, and I just must be the luckiest person in the world.
Ty said: ‘It was a wonderful day, the best ever, and we couldn’t have asked for anymore.
‘It felt weird being on the other side of the camera for once, and having the lookalikes at the wedding was amazing, it felt a bit like a busman’s holiday, but it still was a magical day.
