Japa: “Do Not Take a Night Shift if You’re Too Tired” – Dr Olufunmilayo

Dr. Olufunmilayo, a well-known medical professional and social media influencer, has advised Nigerians living abroad to avoid taking night shifts if they are too tired.

This advice stems from the importance of prioritizing personal health and safety.

Working while overly fatigued can lead to serious consequences, including decreased productivity, increased risk of accidents, and Probably lost of ones working license

The Dr wrote:

If you are a Nigerian living in the UK,
Pls DO NOT take a night shift if you are too tired and then you start sleeping on the shift.

If it is a shift where a client’s safety or patient’s safety is dependent on you staying awake, sleeping on duty may cause you to lose your license and/or the job.

if you feel sleepy, cancel the shift. it’s better to miss one day’s money than to lose your license and your job permanently.

Don’t overwork yourself. Before ‘Congrats on a new dispensation’ will become ‘welcome to eko idumota’
